Advancement and Outreach Committee

The Advancement and Outreach Committee works to provide tools and resources to local Meetings looking for outreach ideas, for help in starting new meetings, and for ways to help those new to Friends learn about the Religious Society of Friends.

The Committee names one of its members to serve on the Sue Thomas Turner Quaker Education Fund Committee.

Jesus’ Friends is an initiative by the Advancement and Outreach Committee of Baltimore Yearly Meeting.  The purpose is to provide events and opportunities for Friends to express Quaker commitment using Biblical and Christian texts and language from the Quaker tradition. If you are interested in receiving emails about our ongoing work and events,  send an email to:  jesusfriends@bym-rsf.org, and include the key phrase “I’m interested” in the subject line.
