Middle school aged folks are invited to discover the joy of Junior Young Friends at our first conference of the school year. We will spend the weekend playing games, making delicious food, meeting new friends or reconnecting with old ones, and learning about Quaker practice.
Friends are welcome from meeting or camp or somewhere in between!

A Memorial Meeting for Karie Firoozmand will take place this coming First Day, November 8, in the Stony Run Monthly Meeting room at 3:00 PM. The meeting will be hybrid and the link to take part via Zoom is below.
Our community will be providing a reception following worship, and the coordinators have requested donations of cookies for that gathering. Please drop off your baked goods in the Kitchen - if you are coming by during the week, put items into the freezer marked with your name and note that they are for Karie's reception.

Hospitality begins at 11:00am.
Business begins at 12:30pm.

Overnight hospitality is available for the November 2026 Interim Meeting.
4 volunteers are needed at 9:00 am on the day of the meeting to cook a simple meal in the Opequon kitchen. To volunteer, email Lucy at admin@bym-rsf.org.

The Ministry and Pastoral Care Committee is offering an online Grief Support Group. The group meets at 7:00pm on the third Wednesday of each month. Please e-mail the office at admin@bym-rsf.org for the Zoom link.
