2025-2026 Calendar of Key Dates
To submit an event to the Events Calendar, please email admin@bym-rsf.org.
Please arrive at 10 am with sleeping bag, pad, pillow, change of clothes and toiletries. Please remember that the deadline to register and be guaranteed a slot is one week before the conference (November 28). Any one registering after that date will be placed on a waiting list and may not be able to attend. For more information, contact Jocelyn Dowling, Youth Programs Manager.
