Starting at 3 pm, Opequon Quaker Camp director Elaine Brigham will present this open house to share information about the Yearly Meeting’s camp programs. The Chop Shop is located at 4321 Harford Road, Baltimore, Maryland. Please RSVP to bmorechopshop@gmail.com.
In recognition of the Valentine’s Day weekend, the theme will be Love. Young Friends should arrive beginning at 7:00 pm on Friday. For information, check the YF website (yf.bym-rsf.net) or contact Alison Duncan. (301-774-7663 or youthsec@bym-rsf.org) Please remember that the deadline to register and be guaranteed a slot is two weeks before the conference (January 27). Any one registering after that date will be placed on a waiting list and may not be able to attend.

Arthur Larrabee, General Secretary of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, returns to lead the Third Annual BYM Clerking and Leadership Workshop.
Registration will open soon. Please note that attendance is limited to 50, and the workshop is likely to fill quickly. The fee is $50.00 per person, and includes the workshop, materials, refreshments, and lunch. Friends will gather at 9:00 am. Lunch will be between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. The Workshop is expected to end around 4:00 pm.
We hope to provide transportation from Sandy Spring Friends Meeting and the West Falls Church Metro Station. The charge will be between $15 and $20, depending on the number of Friends who sign up.
Menallen Friends Meeting welcomes Friends to Warrington Quarterly Meeting with warm drinks and coffee cake for Friends who gather early and after we settle in they will give a brief presentation of the various projects (sounds like some very interesting and varied community outreach) that Menallen is involved in. After a break we will have Meeting for Worship followed by potluck lunch and Warrington Quarter's Business Meeting. As always Menallen offers hospitality for overnight and will include any children in their First Day School.

Please forward your quarterly reports and your responses to the queries about the Quarter to Leada Dietz (leadadietz@epix.net) and to Frank Reitemeyer (reite@verizon.net) before Feb 17 so we can print them out to share with all and so Frank has them for the minutes.
The Baltimore Yearly Meeting office will be closed for President's Day.
