Friends Service Weekends at Baltimore Yearly Meeting Camp Properties offer us all a chance to come and enjoy these beautiful places at a special time of year. Individuals and families are invited to come and enjoy our camp properties for a day or for the weekend. There will be plenty of work projects to do but it is also a great time to come to camp and explore, play in the creek or enjoy a walk in one of the most precious places on earth! Work projects offer people with all kinds of skills the opportunity to enjoy some meaningful and satisfying work! We will also enjoy meals together, have time to explore and even spend some time around a camp fire in the evening. Come and give the gift of your time and find yourself rejuvenated.
The Yearly Meeting's ad hoc Committee on Intervisition is holding a called Meeting for prayerful discernment of the future of the Committee. The Committee asks that Friends reflect on their summary of thoughts gathered during the summer (http://tinyurl.com/316mjl7) and join them to reflect on the way forward.

THE WORK WEEKEND HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE IMPENDING WEATHER.
The first Sing-In in April 2011 was a success! Over 50 Friends participated for all or part of the day. This second Sing-In will offer another opportunity for a time of celebration and community-builidng through song. We will offer a sampling of styles, including spiritual hymns, heavenly harmonies, Sacred Harp, and more. Both shy and sure singers are welcome! This gathering is not about bringing strong singers together – it’s about joining our voices together in a community singing with love. The Sing-In will begin at 9:30 am and continue until about 5:00 pm. Potluck lunch--please bring a dish or food item that serves 4-6 people.
