 YM Youth Safety Policy Working Group is a sub-committee of the BYM Trustee
 s. Membership of the Working Group is comprised of staff and volunteer lea
 ders from all BYM's youth-facing activities\, including BYM Quaker Camps\,
  Young Friends and Junior Young Friends\, and Religious Education. The Wor
 king Group is charged with the following duties:  (1) Applying existing BY
 M policies and procedures related to youth safety and risk management issu
 es. (2) Monitoring all BYM youth programs for ongoing compliance with safe
 ty policies. (3) Meeting at least once per year to review any youth safety
  concerns that may have arisen and the Youth Safety Policy & Procedures.  
 (4) Making recommendations to the BYM Trustees regarding safety issues.
