 rization. The DCDVN seeks to lessen the isolation and vulnerability of tho
 se detained by providing friendship and support. Many detainees never get 
 visitors and have little connection to the world outside their prison. Vol
 unteers simply visit detainees for 30-45 minutes and talk to them to let t
 hem know someone cares. To register for the training\, contact Bette Hoove
