 the Niles Cabin in which he and program participants will share poems (or 
 short prose excerpts) that offer spiritual and emotional sustenance to buo
 y us up in these turbulent times. The intent of this gathering is to embod
 y the FWC’s tag line\, ‘Relax\, Renew\, Recharge\,’ by sharing words that 
 will help those gathered to do exactly that. They may be your own words or
  those of another poet or writer as long you feel as they provide sustenan
 ce\, resilience\, and/or clarity for application in the year ahead. A home
  cooked lunch will be available for $10 if you ask for it when you RSVP to
  Sheila Bach by telephone at 571.271.6267 or by email at snbach@earthlink.
 net. For first-time visitors: PLEASE consult the Directions Page on the FW
 C website (www.friendswilderness.org) for written directions to the Niles 
 Cabin as some GPS programs may not provide proper directions over the last
  1.5 miles of road.
