 use\, but first go to the Niles Cabin to check in. You’ll experience sever
 al styles of meditation\, some of which will involve physical movement and
  show you how to find and follow your body's own intuitive paths. The work
 shop may include a 'Walking Meditation' to the nearby spring if time and w
 eather permit. Everyone is welcome. Bring a sack lunch and whatever non-al
