Friends Committee on National Legislation Meeting, May 21

All are invited to attend a gathering of Friends/friends to be held in the meeting room at Foxdale Village on Monday, May 21, at 7:30 pm. The speaker will be Arthur Meyer Boyd, staff member of the FCNL, who will share information about the work of the Friends Committee on National Legislation and recent developments and plans for the FCNL. Save the date.

May Foodbank Needs

The State College Food Bank currently needs: canned meats (chicken or turkey), instant potatoes, jelly, and toliet tis sue. They do not need beans, canned tomatoes, or tomato sauce.

Let's Do Lunch - May 16

Come to the Meeting house any time after 11:30 am. Bring a bag lunch, drink, and something to share if you wish (this does not have to be food - a magazine article, book, music, a joke, pictures of your grandkids, a concern - whatever y ou would like). This is a no cleanup occasion unless you want to take on that responsibility. We are hoping for conversation (both serious and non), connections, and fellowship. Watch the bulletin and newsletter for future dates.
