Family Love

by Scott Sherbondy

Face to face, we will stand tall
Family to the end, we’ll have it all.
We’ll be together through thick and thin,
Standing together, I know we’ll win.

Please understand what it means to be my sister…
And take it to heart because I won’t whisper.
Sisters are special and dear, and this brother won’t deceive you,
Nor cause you tears.

I’m proud that you’ve shown me you care—
Yes, I’m down for you and will always be there.
I’ll believe all that you tell me, and all that you do
I’m your brother for life—remember, my love for you is true.

No one can stop us, nor tell us we’re wrong—
’Cause family is forever...yeah, we’ll stay strong.
Good times or bad times, close or near—
This brotherly love won’t die; we’ll take on the world,
Just you and I!
