About 60 Friends from Blacksburg, Floyd, Maury River and Roanoke Meetings in western Virginia met together in Roanoke on May 7 the Blue Ridge Gathering.  The schedule included Meeting for Worship, First Day School, potluck, Young Friends program and discussion about another gathering.  It was a joyous occasion!

The next Blue Ridge Gathering will occur on November 12 in Roanoke. In addition to Meetings who attended last time, we hope to invite Friends from Danville, Lewisburg, Lynchburg, Martinsville and Smith Mountain Lake.  We will also be offering an adult program.  For more information contact Gary Sandman at 540-985-0808 or garysandman@mfire.com.
