Charges:


A lodging night begins at dinner on the date of arrival and continues through lunch the following day. For example, arrival on Tuesday and departure on Thursday would include all meals from dinner on Tuesday through lunch on Thursday, and a bed Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The charge would be for two (2) nights.

A day for commuters is a calendar day and does not include meals, which may be purchased at the Registration Desk or in the cafeteria.

Please write the Charge Plan letter (i.e. A, B, etc.) on the registration form.

Young Friends’ Program and Community requires overnight stays to fully participate. Scholarships are available; please contact Hope Braveheart by June 14th for more information. The Young Friends program begins Tuesday afternoon and runs through lunch on Sunday. YFs may not arrive no earlier than Tuesday afternoon. If YF's must arrive on Monday due to transportation requirements, they must stay with parent(s) or sponsor. Meals:Young Friends will eat only two meals per day in the cafeteria (lunch and dinner). Young Friends who wish to eat breakfast as well should contact Hope Braveheart.
