Friends And Meetings Sought For
Intravisitation Among BYM Meetings
It is a custom of Baltimore Yearly Meeting to have
someone annually visit each Monthly and Preparatory
Meeting in love and friendship. Ministry and Pastoral
Care Committee has been charged with this endeavor
and is seeking Friends who are willing to be contacted
to visit one or two Monthly and/or Preparatory Meet-ings
in Baltimore Yearly Meeting during the year. There
is no designated agenda other than being an emissary of
BYM in “love and friendship.” Meetings who would
like someone from BYM to visit are likewise asked to

The experience of visiting another meeting can be
spiritually broadening and deepening personally, as well
as, contribute to strengthening the ties between us as
Quakers. There are many other benefits to
“intravisitation” that you will just have to experience to
appreciate!
