Baltimore Yearly Meeting is supported by a small
staff, and a large number of volunteers: Friends with concerns,
leadings, and the resolve to serve the membership. We organize ourselves
into a variety of committees, both functional committees with a
particular concern, and administrative committees charged with the
work of the Yearly Meeting.
It is the duty of the functional committees to prepare position
papers on matters of current interest and concern within their fields
of interest and to present these position papers before the Yearly
Meeting or the Interim Meeting for approval. To the extent possible
the work of these committees is presented in the Interchange,
our quarterly newsletter, and on these pages.
If you have a leading to serve the wider Quaker community the Nominating
Committee, or any member of our Yearly Meeting is available
to answer your questions.
