Milkshake to Perform Kids Rock at Little Falls

Milkshake is performing Saturday, June 24, 2006 6:30 to 8 PM at Little Falls Meeting in Fallston, MD. The public is invited at no charge. Milkshake is vocalist Lisa Mathews and acoustic guitarist Mikel Gehl, rock and rollers who found themselves making music to entertain their toddlers. Their songs are funny and warm, a mix of rock, kid songs, and lullabies. Accordingly, their debut album is called Happy Songs and the latest called Bottle of Sunshine. Baltimore Child says “These rock-influenced songs are refreshingly innocent and sincere.” Lots of interaction. Kids love this group.

The Little Falls Friends Meeting was established in 1738 and has sponsored The Summer Music Concert Series free to the community for 9 years. The Satyr Hill Band to Perform Bluegrass at Little Falls

The Satyr Hill Band is performing Saturday, July 8, 2006 7 to 9 PM at Little Falls Friends Meeting in Fallston, MD. The public is invited at no charge. The Satyr Hill Band is one of Baltimore's premier bluegrass groups and can be regularly encountered at gigs in and around the region.
