Yearly Meeting Events

BYM REtreat for Religious Educators 2016

The cost for the REtreat is $50 per adult and $25 per family for child care. Children eat meals with their parents.

The start time is 11:30am on Saturday, March 19, with lunch provided by Meg Meyer at noon. Dinner and breakfast will be potluck, and each registrant is asked to bring one dish with eight servings.

The end time is noon on Sunday, March 20.

The JYF Conference will occur simultaneously at The Clearing. Parents can drop off their middle-school-age children at The Clearing before coming to the REtreat. Click here to jump to the JYF Conference registration.

Cancellations will be refunded.

We anticipate 35 t0 40 attenders. Please sign up to bring a serving for 8 people. Most items will need more than one contributor.
