Third Month 2012 Interim Meeting
March 17, 2012
Please join Friends from across the Yearly Meeting at Charlottesville Friends Meeting and Tandem Friends School on March 17, 2012 to conduct the business of the Yearly Meeting.
We are grateful to Tandem Friends School for hosting our committee meetings in the morning sessions and lunch. Following lunch, Friends will travel the short distance to Charlottesville Friends Meeting for the afternoon Meeting for Worship with a Concern for Business and dinner.
Overnight hospitality will be offered for Friends traveling from a distance and must be requested in advance on the registration form.

Directions to Tandem Friends School
From Washington DC Area (via I-66):
1. Take I-66W to exit 43A (Route 29S toward Gainesville). Stay on 29S for about 80 miles into Charlottesville where there are stores and businesses on either side of the road for several miles.
2. Take the exit on the right for US-250W/US-29S.
3. Drive around 4.1 miles to the I-64E exit toward Richmond.
4. Drive on I-64E to exit 121A and merge onto VA-20S/Scottsville Road toward Scottsville.
5. Drive 1.4 miles to Mill Creek Drive and take a right.
6. Drive about 0.3 miles to Tandem Lane on left, which is the entrance to Tandem Friends School.
From Richmond (via I-64):
1. Take I-64W toward Charlottesville to exit 121A and merge onto VA-20S/Scottsville Road toward Scottsville.
2. Drive 1.4 miles to Mill Creek Drive and take a right.
3. Drive about 0.3 miles to Tandem Lane on left, which is the entrance to Tandem Friends School.
From Roanoke (via I-81):
1. Take I-81N to exit 221 (I-64E toward Richmond).
2. Stay on I-64E for about 33 miles to exit 121A and merge onto VA-20S/Scottsville Road toward Scottsville.
3. Drive 1.4 miles to Mill Creek Drive and take a right.
4. Drive about 0.3 miles to Tandem Lane on left, which is the entrance to Tandem Friends School.
Directions to Charlottesville Friends Meeting
from Tandem Friends School
1. Take a left out of the driveway of Tandem onto Mill Creek Road drive 0.5 miles.
2. At the light, take a right on Avon Street. Drive about 1.7 miles into town.
3. Take a left at Elliott Street. Drive 0.5 miles to Ridge Road.
4. Take a Right on Ridge Road, drive about half a mile (through Main Street intersection) to Preston Avenue.
5. Take a Left on Preston Avenue, drive 0.3 miles.
6. Take a Right on Forest Street, drive to end of street (about 6 blocks).
7. Meeting house is grey house on right at the end of the street, 1104 Forest Street. There is a parking lot next to the meeting house.
